OUR HISTORY
Located in the historic Hamm's Brewery on Minnehaha Avenue in St. Paul, 11 Wells is proud to be part of the revitalization of the Payne Avenue Corridor. The brewery did indeed use eleven wells, and in keeping with that tradition, we use our on-site well as the source of water for our spirits. We're proud of our history and our neighborhood as we aim to be true to our St. Paul roots.
11 Wells is located in the old Blacksmith and Millwright Shop buildings on the vast Hamm's site. These buildings are home to our production facility and cocktail room.
THE COCKTAIL ROOM
We opened our Cocktail Room in 2018 with the desire to present our craft spirits and liqueurs in innovative and refreshing ways. With our talented crew of distillers & bartenders, we've created a menu unlike any other.
Join us for a handcrafted cocktail in a cozy, industrial setting in the historic Hamm's building. We offer unique takes on local favorites with over 20 distinct cocktails crafted entirely of house-made spirits and liqueurs.
